Walk-On Tryout Waiver Form

HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana University baseball team will hold walk-on tryouts on Sept. 1 (Wednesday) at 5 p.m. at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field.

All students interested in trying out must be a full-time student at Southeastern (taking 12 or more hours), have had a current physical in the last six months and must fill out a waiver form.

All paperwork must be turned into assistant coach Matt Riser in the Southeastern Baseball Office, located on the second floor of the Dugas Center for Southeastern Athletics.
