HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana baseball game Saturday against Indiana State has been rained out.
The two teams will play a doubleheader Sunday with the first pitch scheduled for noon at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field. Both games can be heard in the Hammond area on KSLU-FM (90.9) or at www.LionSports.net. Live statistics will also be available.
Fans will need separate tickets for the two games. Tickets for Saturday's postponed game will be good for Sunday's first game only and the stadium will be cleared after the completion of game one. Tickets to the game orignally schedule for Sunday will be good for admission to the second game.
Southeastern (1-0) will start a pair of left-handers on the mound, juniors
Jordan Hymel (first game) and
Buck Bernard (second game).
The Lions picked up a 7-2 victory against Indiana State (0-1).
