HAMMOND - Heavy rains in the Hammond area have forced Southeastern Louisiana University athletic officials to postpone Wednesday's scheduled baseball game against Jackson State.
The game has been rescheduled for April 18 (Wednesday) with first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m.
Southeastern (15-6, 3-3 Southland) will return to action on Friday at 6 p.m. when it opens a three-game Southland Conference series against UT Arlington. The series resumes on Saturday at 2 p.m. before concluding Sunday at 1. All three games can be heard in the Hammond area on KSLU-FM (90.9) and on the internet at www.LionSports.net.
