HAMMOND - The Lion Athletics Association will host a tailgate prior to Saturday's 2 p.m. contest at Samford. The tailgate is schedule from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Lower LSW parking lot at the West Entrance outside Seibert Stadium (Stadium address: 800 Lakeshore Drive, Homewood, AL 35529).

The LAA will provide free food and beverages to all Lion fans. Parking for visiting fans is also located in the same lot as the tailgate. (Click here for tailgating and parking map)

Southeastern also has a fan rate at the Westin Birmingham. Rooms are $125 a night for Friday and Saturday night. The Westin is located at 2221 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. North, Birmingham, AL 35203 and the phone number is (205) 307-3600.

Fans wishing to purchase a ticket in the visitors section can contact the Southeastern Athletics Ticket Office at (985) 549-5466. Alcohol will not be served at the LAA tailgate, as Samford has a zero-tolerance alcohol policy for campus events.
