HAMMOND – Due to expected rain in the Hammond area, Southeastern Louisiana Football Pro Day has been moved to Thursday at 8 a.m. at the New Orleans Saints Indoor Training Facility in Metairie.
Among those participating in the showcase for the Lions is quarterback
Bryan Bennett. The two-time first team All-Southland Conference selection represented the university in the Senior Bowl. The only other Lion to participate in the Senior Bowl since the program returned in 2003 was Robert Alford, a second round draft pick by the Atlanta Falcons, who for he now starts at cornerback.
Bennett will be joined at SLU Football Pro Day by kicker
